Devon Photographer: Lucy Elfen Lied Cosplay

Welcome to Cosplay! Until today I never really new much about it either haha. The world of costume production and modelling is the latest big thing these days. Jaime-Lee Burke got in touch with me asking "do you do Cosplay?" After some discussion it turned out to be another learning day for me. Elfen Lied is an Anime legend. A young girl who under tragic circumstances developed some special, devastating powers. A long running story line and very famous in the Anime community. Anyway, where do i come in? Jaime-Lee wanted to know if I would do an outside shoot with her as Lucy Elfen Lied. An unusual request but one I thought could be fun so we booked it in. She even makes her own costumes so quite talented really. Jaime was after a variety of looks to the images so i enjoyed playing around with the angles and light. Hope you like the end result...
